Lab orders will be sent electronically to either LabCorp or Quest depending on insurance.  Once the order is in, you do not need a paper requisition.

Prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. 

Our staff works hard to keep your prescriptions up to date.  Please give us 2-3 days to refill your prescription.  Longer may be necessary if a prior authorization is necessary

For your safety, patients need to be seen at least once a year to have prescriptions refilled. A lot can happen in 1 year!

We encourage you to download your pharmacy app to help keep track of prescriptions and refills.
